Various early ideas for arms for the SCA group in Salt Lake City, Utah

The SCA group in Salt Lake City, Utah and environs (then known as am Mor Salann Fasach) was first an incipient shire, then a shire, from early 1977 to December 1978.  Since we were far from our mentors in Caerthe (Denver, Colorado) and al-Barran (Albuquerque, New Mexico), we made up our SCA experience as we went along–and had a marvelous fun time doing so.  These pages chronicle our events, both in Salt Lake City and out of area, during those years.
